Your Privacy Is Important To Us
We want you to know that when you join Belmont Harbor Neighbors (“BHN ”), attend a Belmont Harbor Neighbors' Council sponsored event, or use our Belmont Harbor Neighbors' Council Internet Web site (www.BelmontHarborNeighbors.org), your personally identifiable information will be respected and protected.

Information
When you join BHN or subscribe to receive communications from BHN on this site, or if you are already a BHN member, we collect specific information including but not limited to your name, address, phone numbers, BHN affiliation, email address, and a password. Guests
It's not required that you be a Lake View Citizens' Council member to receive communications from Lake View Citizens' Council on the Lake View Citizens' Council website in order to participate in Lake View Citizens' Council. However, Lake View Citizens' Council membership is required before voting in the annual BHN election or completing an online survey.

Online Surveys
We value the opinions of our residents and merchants; BHN ’s mission is to improve our services as well as the quality of life in Lake View. Therefore, from time to time, we will conduct research surveys. We may contract with third parties to perform this type of research but in such cases survey respondents’ identities and information will be protected by a confidentiality agreement between BHN and the contractor.

Third-Party Communications
LVCC partner or member third party companies, for the purpose of providing you with information or promotional opportunities that may be of interest to you, may include certain marketing or promotional messages in BHN Communications. On occasion, we may facilitate reputable, carefully-screened, BHN not-for-profit partners or companies whose services or products may be of interest to you to have one-time access to the BHN print mailing list for the purpose of sending a BHN Board approved mailing. (You may unsubscribe by following the “Opting Out” instructions below.) As a general rule, however, no third-party is ever provided with your telephone number. Only BHN Board approved third-party vendors with whom BHN has entered into a confidentiality agreement are provided with your email address and then only for the explicit purpose of sending communications approved by BHN . The BHN Board assesses a charge to any for-profit organization who asks to appear in BHN materials. Only BHN member organizations may purchase space in BHN materials.
